Summer Concerts

Well let's start off this blog right with the summer fast approaching! Music and concerts! I don't know about anyone else, but I love concerts! Even though I only get to go to one or two a year it's the most amazing feeling in the world to be there. It feels amazing to get to know that you are in the same area/space as one of your idols! One particular concert that I went to last summer was the Mayhem Festival. I had pit tickets, and the only reason as to why I spent so much money to get so close to the stage was because Avenged Sevenfold is my favorite band. I was in the front row, and at the end of the concert I got a high five from the lead singer and I was personally handed a drum stick from their drummer and he had a two minute conversation with me about drumming because I am one as well. It was honestly the best experience in my life, and it is something that I will never forget.
